Your e-mail account reflex
your domain name giving you a professional image. Every account comes
with E-mail using Communigate Pro's mail server from Stalker.com. You will
have one primary E-mailbox, and optional three (3) additional e-mailboxes:
Primary E-mailbox:
All mail sent to your domain that is not addressed to one of your
additional mailboxes will be directed to your primary e-mail account. This mailbox
functions as your "catch-all". For example you can offer sales@yourcompany.com,
staff@yourcompany.com and president@yourcompany.com or anything@yourcompany.com
on your Web site.
Additional E-mailboxes:
Each additional e-mailbox can have it's own aliases: There is no
limit to the number of aliases you can have. For example, joe@yourcompany.com
can have two aliases: jsmith@yourcompany.com and smith@yourcompany.com.
Each e-mailbox can be setup as a "POP" mailbox where
you can send and receive e-mail directly from our system using e-mail software
like Microsoft Outlook Express, Eudora, or Netscape mail, or you can simply forward
all E-mail to one of your existing e-mail addresses.
You will be able to make
many changes to your e-mail account over the Web, such as:
- Subscribe / unsubscribe from lists. Change E-mail Account/POP3 Password. Select E-mail Delivery Method. Set Vacation Message -- Set the
Auto-Reply feature to Vacation mode and Communigate Pro will return your personalized
notification to each new person who sends you e-mail while you're away. Any mail
they choose to send will be stored until you return. You can even direct Communigate
Pro to forward e-mail to your specified address(es) while you're away. Auto-Reply -- Communigate Pro
has an auto-reply feature to address the needs of even the busiest users. With
three settings to choose from -- Vacation, Reply, and Echo -- Communigate Pro
can be instructed to issue a preset, automatic reply to senders, returning the
incoming message or any chosen message as instructed.
- Edit Directory Information -- This
defines an optional World Wide Web home page location for an account. A link to
this home page is provided with the account's listing in the Mail Account Directory.

four E-mail boxes (unlimited aliases). Each Additional E-mail Box just $2
/ month.)
